Terms of Use
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the AlwaysOnApps website, a mobile application developed and/or published by AlwaysOnApps, an AlwaysOnApps AI-powered product or service, or the AlwaysOnApps idea submission program (together, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Scope
These Terms are the general, ecosystem-wide terms for AlwaysOnApps. They are intended to serve as the terms of use linked from AlwaysOnApps mobile applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play. A specific application or product may present additional terms — for example, an end-user license agreement or in-app terms — which apply together with these Terms; where a conflict exists on a matter that product's own terms address, that product's own terms control for that product.
3. Website use
You may browse the website and use its forms to request a project, submit an idea, or contact AlwaysOnApps. You agree not to use the website unlawfully, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to access it or its backend systems in a manner not permitted by these Terms.
Website content is provided for general information and does not guarantee a specific outcome, timeline, or price for any project.
4. Mobile applications
Mobile applications developed and/or published by AlwaysOnApps are subject to these Terms in addition to any additional terms presented within that application, and to the terms of the App Store or Google Play through which you installed it. Where AlwaysOnApps develops an application on behalf of a client, that client's own terms govern end-user use of that application, unless AlwaysOnApps publishes these Terms for it.
5. AI products and services
Where a product includes an AI-powered feature, AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it, and it should not be treated as professional advice. The availability and capabilities of an AI feature may change over time, and where a third-party AI provider powers a feature, that provider's own terms may also apply.
6. Project requests
Submitting a project request through the website (at /start-a-project) is a request for AlwaysOnApps to review and respond to a potential project. It is not an offer, acceptance, or contract, and does not obligate AlwaysOnApps to take on the project. Any actual engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and AlwaysOnApps.

You are responsible for content you submit through a Service. You represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe a third party's rights. AlwaysOnApps may use content you submit to respond to you and, where applicable, to evaluate or develop it as described in Idea submissions and Intellectual property.
9. Intellectual property
Your pre-existing materials. You retain ownership of material you already own that you submit to AlwaysOnApps, subject to the rights granted below.
Rights you grant us. By submitting material to AlwaysOnApps — including a project request or an idea submission — you grant AlwaysOnApps a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to access, review, reproduce, modify, use, and evaluate that material to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the idea submission program and to evaluate or develop products. This is not an exclusive license, and it does not by itself transfer ownership of your material to AlwaysOnApps.
Independently developed products. A product that AlwaysOnApps independently develops — including one developed from a submitted idea — and its associated intellectual property, may belong to AlwaysOnApps, separately from the material you originally submitted, unless a separate written agreement between you and AlwaysOnApps states otherwise.
Our own IP. The AlwaysOnApps name, logo, website content, and branding are owned by AlwaysOnApps and may not be used without permission.
Submitting material under these Terms does not entitle you to attribution, royalties, revenue share, employment, equity, or other compensation, except as expressly stated in Lifetime free access for selected ideas below or in a separate written agreement.
10. Third-party services and links
The Services rely on third-party providers described in our Privacy Policy (for example, Firebase/Google Cloud, Resend, and Cloudflare, depending on the product), and may link to third-party websites or services. Those providers and third parties have their own terms, and AlwaysOnApps is not responsible for their availability, content, or acts.
11. Lifetime free access for selected ideas
If AlwaysOnApps decides to develop a submitted idea into a product, the person who submitted the idea may receive lifetime free access to the resulting product, subject to the applicable product terms, product availability, platform availability, technical limitations, and reasonable abuse or fraud prevention measures.
Not every submitted idea results in this benefit — it applies only where AlwaysOnApps develops a product from a specific submitted idea. This benefit does not guarantee lifetime availability of every feature of that product, lifetime availability on every platform, uninterrupted service, any particular level of service, or a particular pricing or feature structure for other, unrelated AlwaysOnApps products.
12. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." AlwaysOnApps does not warrant that the website, an application, or an AI feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. See AI products and services above regarding AI-generated output.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlwaysOnApps is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
These Terms are intended to be supplemented by applicable laws and any mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded.
14. Changes to these terms
AlwaysOnApps may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to its products or legal obligations. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
